Cancel Your Subscription
How to cancel
- Log in to your account and go to Settings > Billing.
- Click Cancel subscription.
- Select a reason (optional) and confirm the cancellation.
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Cancelling stops auto-renewal. You keep full access until your current subscription period ends.
Cancelling a subscription purchased through Apple or Google
If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you must cancel through those platforms directly:
- iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > SkyDomeVPN > Cancel.
- Android: Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > SkyDomeVPN > Cancel.
What happens after cancellation
- VPN access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Your account and data are retained — you can resubscribe at any time.
- No refund is issued for unused time (unless within the 30-day money-back period).
