Cancel Your Subscription

How to cancel

  1. Log in to your account and go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Click Cancel subscription.
  3. Select a reason (optional) and confirm the cancellation.
  4. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  5. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Cancelling stops auto-renewal. You keep full access until your current subscription period ends.

Cancelling a subscription purchased through Apple or Google

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you must cancel through those platforms directly:

  • iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > SkyDomeVPN > Cancel.
  • Android: Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > SkyDomeVPN > Cancel.

What happens after cancellation

  • VPN access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Your account and data are retained — you can resubscribe at any time.
  • No refund is issued for unused time (unless within the 30-day money-back period).
