Delete Your Account

Before you delete

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Before proceeding:

  • Cancel any active subscription to avoid future charges.
  • Download any invoices or billing history you want to keep.
  • Sign out of SkyDomeVPN on all your devices.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription. Cancel your subscription first from Settings > Billing, or you may continue to be charged.

How to delete your account

  1. Log in and go to Settings > Account.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete account.
  3. Read the confirmation dialog carefully.
  4. Enter your password and click Confirm deletion.
  5. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your email address and account credentials.
  • Subscription history and billing records.
  • Device associations and VPN session records.
