All new SkyDomeVPN subscriptions are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

How to request a refund

  1. Contact SkyDomeVPN support via live chat or email within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Provide your account email and the reason for the refund request.
  3. Our team will process the refund within 5–10 business days.
  4. The refund will be returned to the original payment method.

Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.

Renewal refunds

The 30-day guarantee applies to new subscriptions only. For renewals, contact support within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will review requests on a case-by-case basis.

Exclusions

  • Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play — refunds must be requested through those platforms.
  • Crypto payments.
  • Accounts that have violated the Terms of Service.
