How to request a refund
- Contact SkyDomeVPN support via live chat or email within 30 days of purchase.
- Provide your account email and the reason for the refund request.
- Our team will process the refund within 5–10 business days.
- The refund will be returned to the original payment method.
Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.
Renewal refunds
The 30-day guarantee applies to new subscriptions only. For renewals, contact support within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will review requests on a case-by-case basis.
Exclusions
- Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play — refunds must be requested through those platforms.
- Crypto payments.
- Accounts that have violated the Terms of Service.
