1. Service Overview
SkyDomeVPN is a virtual private network service that encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through servers located in 100+ countries worldwide. The service is designed to enhance your online privacy, security, and access to geo-restricted content. SkyDomeVPN provides apps for multiple platforms including Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, and browser extensions. One subscription covers up to 10 devices simultaneously. We operate under a strict no-logs policy — we do not record, monitor, or store your browsing activity or traffic content.
2. Geographic Restrictions
SkyDomeVPN is NOT available to residents of mainland China (People’s Republic of China).
By accessing or using this service, you confirm you are not located in, incorporated in, or a resident of mainland China. Users in mainland China must immediately cease all use of this service. Circumventing this restriction may violate applicable laws. SkyDomeVPN bears no liability for use in prohibited jurisdictions.
In addition to mainland China, SkyDomeVPN may not be available or may be restricted in other jurisdictions where VPN usage is prohibited or regulated by local law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of this service complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, COMPLETELY SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SKYDOME SECURITY LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DAMAGES; IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. For any legal action not subject to arbitration under Section 15, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming.
Notwithstanding the above, mandatory consumer protection statutes of your state of residence may apply to you regardless of this governing law clause. Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of protections afforded by the mandatory laws of the state where you reside.
15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
15.1 Informal Resolution First
Before initiating arbitration or any legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at legal@skydomevpn.com and describe the nature of your dispute. We will attempt to resolve it informally within 30 days.
15.2 Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, available at www.adr.org. Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. Hearings may be conducted remotely by video or phone, or, at either party’s election, in the county of your residence or in Wyoming. AAA filing fees are governed by the AAA Consumer Fee Schedule. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
15.3 Small Claims Exception
Notwithstanding the arbitration agreement, either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies under the applicable small claims court rules.
15.4 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND SKYDOME AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
15.5 Right to Opt Out of Arbitration
You may opt out of the binding arbitration agreement in Section 15.2 by sending written notice to legal@skydomevpn.com within 30 days of the date you first use the service or within 30 days of any material change to this arbitration provision. Your opt-out notice must include your name, email address on file, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other provisions of these Terms.
15.6 Severability
If the class action waiver in Section 15.4 is found to be unenforceable, then the entire arbitration agreement in this Section 15 shall be null and void. All other provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Additional State-Specific Terms
16.1 California Residents
In addition to your arbitration opt-out rights under Section 15.5, California residents have rights under the Consumers Legal Remedies Act (CLRA), California Business & Professions Code, and the California Automatic Renewal Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17600). The limitation of liability in Section 13 does not apply to claims arising from our gross negligence or intentional misconduct. See our Privacy Policy for your California privacy rights under CCPA/CPRA.
16.2 New Jersey Residents
For residents of New Jersey, the disclaimer of warranties in Section 12 and the limitation of liability in Section 13 shall not apply to the extent prohibited by the New Jersey Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act or other applicable New Jersey consumer protection statutes.
16.3 All Other Jurisdictions
We make no representations that the service is appropriate or available in all jurisdictions. You access the service on your own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with your local laws. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence.
