How to Upgrade Your Plan

Upgrading from the dashboard

  1. Log in to your account and go to the Subscription page.
  2. Click Upgrade plan or Change plan.
  3. Select the plan you want to upgrade to.
  4. Review the prorated charge and confirm.
  5. Your new plan activates immediately.

How proration works

When you upgrade mid-cycle, you are charged only for the remaining days on the new plan, minus the unused value of your current plan. You will never be double-charged for the same period.

Downgrading

To downgrade, cancel your current subscription at the end of the billing cycle and subscribe to the lower plan. Immediate downgrades are not supported — you keep the higher tier until your current period ends.
