Payment Failed

Common reasons a payment fails

  • Insufficient funds or credit limit reached.
  • Card expired.
  • Bank blocked the transaction (common for international VPN charges).
  • Incorrect billing address or CVV entered.
  • PayPal account balance is zero or the linked bank account failed.

How to fix a failed payment

  1. Check your card details in Settings > Billing and correct any errors.
  2. Contact your bank and ask them to allow the charge from SkyDomeVPN.
  3. Try a different payment method (another card or PayPal).
  4. Wait 24 hours — some banks auto-release blocked transactions.
  5. Contact SkyDomeVPN support if your account has been suspended due to a failed renewal.

Account suspension

If a renewal payment fails, your account enters a 7-day grace period. Update your payment method within those 7 days to avoid service interruption. After 7 days, the subscription is paused until payment is resolved.
