Payment Failed
Common reasons a payment fails
- Insufficient funds or credit limit reached.
- Card expired.
- Bank blocked the transaction (common for international VPN charges).
- Incorrect billing address or CVV entered.
- PayPal account balance is zero or the linked bank account failed.
How to fix a failed payment
- Check your card details in Settings > Billing and correct any errors.
- Contact your bank and ask them to allow the charge from SkyDomeVPN.
- Try a different payment method (another card or PayPal).
- Wait 24 hours — some banks auto-release blocked transactions.
- Contact SkyDomeVPN support if your account has been suspended due to a failed renewal.
Account suspension
If a renewal payment fails, your account enters a 7-day grace period. Update your payment method within those 7 days to avoid service interruption. After 7 days, the subscription is paused until payment is resolved.
