Reset Your Password
How to reset your password
- Go to the SkyDomeVPN login page and click Forgot password?
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email (also check your spam folder).
- Click the link in the email — it is valid for 15 minutes.
- Enter and confirm your new password, then click Save.
If you do not receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam/junk folder. The sender address is noreply@skydomevpn.com.
Password requirements
- At least 8 characters long.
- Contains at least one uppercase letter.
- Contains at least one number or special character.
- Cannot be the same as your previous password.
After resetting
All active VPN sessions on all devices will be signed out for security. Sign back in with your new password on each device.
