Delete Your Account
Before you delete
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Before proceeding:
- Cancel any active subscription to avoid future charges.
- Download any invoices or billing history you want to keep.
- Sign out of SkyDomeVPN on all your devices.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription. Cancel your subscription first from Settings > Billing, or you may continue to be charged.
How to delete your account
- Log in and go to Settings > Account.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Delete account.
- Read the confirmation dialog carefully.
- Enter your password and click Confirm deletion.
- Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your email address and account credentials.
- Subscription history and billing records.
- Device associations and VPN session records.
